GamesByGS creates learning apps for children. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean GamesByGS.
Apps for children
Our apps are made with children in mind. Parents and guardians should review this policy and help children use our apps. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, contact details, photos, or other directly identifying information.
No social media or public sharing
Our apps do not include social-media content, public profiles, messaging, or features that let children post or share content publicly.
Information we collect
We may collect limited information about how an app works and is used. This can include app interactions, feature use, device and app version, language or general region, crash reports, and other technical performance information. We use this information in a pseudonymous or aggregated form where practical.
Why we use information
We use this information to understand app use, fix errors, keep apps secure and reliable, and improve learning activities and the overall experience. We do not use it to show children personalised advertising or to build social profiles.
Analytics service providers
We may use carefully selected third-party service providers to help us analyse app use and performance. Before a provider is enabled in a published app, we will update this policy and the relevant app-store disclosures to name that provider and describe its role. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and security
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, analyse, secure, or improve our apps, or when required by law. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, although no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including improving and protecting our apps, resolving issues, and meeting legal obligations.
Choices and requests
A parent or guardian may contact us to ask questions about this policy or request access to, correction of, or deletion of information connected with their child, where applicable. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before responding.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our apps or practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Please review it before using a new or updated app.
